Quality over Clicks: How Jashanmal and Assembly Global Ignited CVR with Kargo Commerce
Jashanmal Group is one of the leading retail companies in the Middle East with more than 100 internationally curated brands and 30+ exclusive labels. The eCommerce business division for the company is four years old and has been exponentially growing year-over-year since its launch across UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Jashanmal wanted to improve the performance of its Meta ads to increase purchases, drive ROAS, and lower CPAs. This high-end brand was not interested in simple click rates; they wanted higher conversion rates which requires higher quality traffic. With limited customization capabilities, Meta’s standard DPA units could not offer the necessary visual enhancements Jashanmal was seeking to deliver its desired results.
Jashanmal and its media agency, Assembly Global, partnered with Kargo Commerce to enhance its creative to better communicate its unique selling proposition and promote actionable engagement to its targeted audience across Facebook and Instagram. Through a sequence of three overlays and increased customization, Kargo Commerce’s innovative technology allowed for a more eye-catching and personalized presentation while also communicating key messaging within the ad itself. In addition to leveraging Kargo Commerce’s optimized creative tech and templates for informed messaging and innovative visuals, Jashanmal was able to support its high volume of sales and promos with a variety of CTAs that motivated the consumer.
Assembly Global ran a split test to compare the effectiveness of the campaign’s standard Meta DPA with no overlays vs. Kargo Commerce’s approach with multiple overlays. After running for 3-4 weeks, the results clearly demonstrated an uplift in the data retrieved from Kargo Commerce’s enhanced formats.
Providing a more efficient and informed experience, Kargo Commerce proved to garner higher quality leads, increase purchase intent and inspire brand loyalty among Jashanmal’s targeted audience.
